Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required to schedule any flash tattoo design.

    • Flash tattoo deposits can be 100% refunded, only if you cancel with at least 24 hours notice.

    • Deposits are applied to the final cost of your flash tattoo

    • Deposits are non-transferable to other clients or designs

    Deposits are forfeited if:

    • Client no-call/ no-shows

    • Client cancels with less than 24 hours notice

    • Client is intoxicated, has no proof of I.D., or is otherwise unable to be tattooed at the time of service

    • Client is refused service due to inappropriate, aggressive, or unlawful behavior.

    • Client decides not to get tattooed at all

  • A $200 deposit is required to schedule any custom tattoo design.

    • Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions
      Please be 100% sure of your tattoo concept, schedule, and budget before leaving your deposit.

    • Deposits are applied to the final cost of your project

    • Deposits are non-transferable to other clients or designs

    Deposits are forfeited if:

    • Client no-call/ no-shows

    • Client reschedules with less than 48 hours notice

    • Client reschedules the same appointment more than twice.

    • Client is intoxicated, has no proof of I.D., becomes pregnant, or is otherwise unable to be tattooed at the time of service

    • Client is refused service due to inappropriate, aggressive, or unlawful behavior.

    • Client cancels or decides not to get tattooed at all

    In the case of some unforeseen/ uncontrollable life events, your deposit may qualify for a reschedule. Reach out for further information.

  • Designs are available for your review at the beginning of your scheduled tattoo appointment.

    Only full day tattoos may be previewed ahead of time. Please reach out to schedule a preview.


    Any revisions or input about your piece is welcomed, and most changes can be made in person the day of your appointment.

    • Excessive or total design changes may require a reschedule of your tattoo appointment.

    • Designs are never sent electronically

    • Guest spot or convention appointments cannot be rescheduled.

    • Custom Design appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.

    • Flash tattoo appointments can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.

    • You may only reschedule the same appointment twice.

    • Appointments not rescheduled within the allotted time will forfeit your deposit.

  • As a courtesy, one free touch-up session is offered to maintain the quality of your tattoo.

    • Free touch ups are valid only for one year after your original tattoo date.
      Tattoos older than one year are subject to hourly rates.

    • Touch-ups are performed at the artist’s discretion, and are not a guaranteed part of your paid service.

    • Touch-ups are only performed on tattoos that are fully healed.

    Free touch-ups only apply to concerns on tattoos done by the original artist.
    They are not applied to issues related to:

    • Poor or negligent aftercare

    • Unrelated injuries

    • Errors made by other tattoo artists

  • Under U.S. Federal law, Jazmin Murphy reserves the right to refuse service.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • clients who are denied based on artistic differences of designs

    • clients asking for illegal procedures according to local, state, and federal law

    • intoxicated clients

    • clients who are disruptive, aggressive, inappropriate, or predatory

    • clients who act in a hateful or discriminatory way

    Jazmin does not discriminate against clients based on their:

    • Sex or Gender Identity

    • Religion

    • Race

    • Age

    • Sexual Orientation

    • National Origin or Status of Citizenship

    • Veteran Status

    • Disabilities (under the Americans with Disabilities Act)
